Nach aktuellem Stand (15.4.2020) wird die Veranstaltung jedenfalls in den ersten Semesterwochen nicht als Präsenzlehrveranstaltung durchgeführt werden können. Stattdessen wird ein umfassendes Online-Lehrangebot gemacht. Kern ist ein synchrones wöchentliches Video-Meeting, für das die Plattform Zoom genutzt werden wird. Über das EKVV haben Sie ferner Zugriff auf asynchrone Erklärvideos, die zur Vorbereitung der Live-Meetings genutzt werden sollen.
Die Auftaktveranstaltung findet am 20.4.2020 von 14:00 Uhr (geändert!) statt. Eine Einladung zum Zoom-Meeting wird an alle über das eKVV angemeldeten Studierenden per Email versendet. Hier werden alle organisatorischen Fragen besprochen.

Unbedingt erforderlich ist eine Textausgabe, die u.a. das GG und weitere staatsrechtlich relevante Normen enthält. Hinweise zu den tauglichen Gesetzestexten finden Sie im eKVV in der pdf-Datei "01 Gliederung, Zeitplan". Die Gesetzessammlung muss am 27.4.2020 in der zweiten Vorlesungsstunde (um 14 Uhr) am Computer/Smartphone bereit liegen.
Ferner unbedingt erforderlich ist ein Lehrbuch zum Staatsorganisationsrecht. Auch hierzu finden Sie Literaturhinweise im eKVV. Weitere Hinweise hierzu in der ersten Vorlesungsstunde.
