SoSe 2020Im kommenden Sommersemester biete ich ein Seminar an zu dem Thema
„Verfassungsentwicklung im Spiegel der Rechtsprechung des BVerfG“.
Dabei soll die ausgewählte Rechtsprechung zu Verfassungsfragen methodisch und inhaltlich ausge-wertet und in den Gesamtkontext der deutschen Verfassungsgerichtsbarkeit gestellt werden. Als Einzelthemen sind vorgesehen:
