Die Vorlesung findet ab 20.4.2020 zunächst als Online-Vorlesung mit Zoom zu den angekündigten Terminen statt. Die technischen Daten erhalten Sie per E-Mail, nehmen Sie deshalb die Veranstaltung bitte in Ihren Stundenplan auf. Weitere Informationen finden Sie einem Video im Lernraum.
Die Vorlesung beschäftigt sich mit den Vorschriften die BGB, die für alle Schuldverhältnisse gelten (§§ 241-432 BGB). Der Schwerpunkt liegt im sog. Leistungsstörungsrecht, daneben geht es um Entstehung, Inhalt und Erlöschen von Schuldverhältnissen, die Einbeziehung Dritter und die Auswechslung von Schuldner und Gläubiger.
Es werden eine Abschlussklausur (zusammen mit der Vorlesung "Vertragliche Schuldverhältnisse) und eine Hausarbeit angeboten.
