230357 Buchübergänge im römischen Epos (S) (SoSe 2020)

Das Epos als große Gattung wird von den Autoren durch Bücher gegliedert. Buchanfängen und Buchenden kommt somit eine wichtige Funktion innerhalb der Struktur und der Erzählweise des Epos zu. In diesem Seminar wollen wir einen Blick auf diese Strukturen werfen und schauen, wie der Autor sie benutzt, um den Leser mitzunehmen, zu verwirren oder zu lenken. Vergils Aeneis und Ovids Metamorphosen sollen im Mittelpunkt stehen, Ausflüge zu anderen Epen wird es geben.
