Der Inhalt der Seminars soll einen praxisnahen Einblick in die Modalitäten der Aufnahme, der Regelbehandlung und der Entlassung aus dem Maßregelvollzug (sowohl § 63 als auch 64 StGB) geben. Dabei wird die Präsentation mit Kleingruppenarbeiten und bei Bedarf mit Rollenspielen aufgelockert. Die drei Tage sind nach dem Motto „rein - drin - raus“ gegliedert.
So ist am ersten Tag der Schwerpunkt auf Unterbringungsdelikte, Einweisungsgutachten und die grundlegenden gesetzlichen Bedingungen für eine Unterbringung im MRV gelegt. Als Gruppenarbeit ist die Analyse von Unterbringungsurteilen an gedacht.
Der zweite Tag umfasst die Einführung in die Regelbehandlung, vom gesicherten Setting, den Lockerungsprozessen und dem Austausch mit den Gerichten. Hier werden in Kleingruppen gutachtliche Stellungnahmen analysiert und gegebenenfalls alltägliche Situationen nachgespielt.
Der dritte Tag umfasst das Setting der Vollzugslockerung „Dauerurlaub“, Entlassung und insbesondere die Begleitung durch die forensische Überleitungs- und Nachsorgeambulanz. Hier ist die Gruppenarbeit mit dem Fokus auf die Analyse von Prognosegutachten und - instrumenten vorgesehen.
