In Veranstaltung werden u.a. folgende Themen behandeln: Sportstrafrecht; Haftung und Versicherung; Sportvereine, Sportgesellschaften und Sportverbände; Grundlagen des Vertragrechts; Europäisches Sport- und Fußballrecht; Sportgerichtsbarkeit; Grundrechte und Grundfreiheiten.
Aufgrund der Covid19-Situtaion kann in diesem Semester die Veranstaltung nicht als Präzenzveranstaltung stattfinden.
Stattdessen wird die Ringvorlesung als Distance-Learning-Veranstaltung durchgeführt. Zu diesem Zweck werden im Laufe der Vorlesungszeit die für die Erreichung der Lernziele erforderlichen Materialien und Texte in den Lernraum eingestellt. Für Fragen in diesem Zusammenhang stehen die Lehrenden gerne per E-Mail zur Verfügung.
