Die Veranstaltung "Sprachwandel" führt ein in die wissenschaftliche Analyse von Sprachwandel. An einzelsprachlichen Beispielen wird ein Überblick über die Formen und Ebenen von Sprachwandel gegeben, anhand aktueller Theorien werden Gründe und Mechanismen des Sprachwandels und verschiedene Methoden zur Erforschung von Sprachwandel vorgestellt.

Die aktive Teilnahme verpflichtet zur vorbereitenden Textlektüre und Erstellung schriftlicher Kurzzusammenfassungen der gemeinsamen Lektüre.

Schriftliche Hausarbeit (modulübergreifend) im Umfang von 20-25 Seiten
Neues Studienmodell (2011):
Mündliche Prüfung (30 Min.) oder schriftliche Hausarbeit (modulübergreifend) im Umfang von 15 Seiten
