291025 Römisches Recht mit Quellenlektüre (V) (WiSe 2010/2011)

Contents, comment

Das römische Recht ist der Vorläufer des auf dem europäischen Kontinent und in weiten Teilen der Welt geltenden Zivilrechts. Die Vorlesung mit integrierter Quellenlektüre, in deren Mittelpunkt das römische Privatrecht steht, versteht sich zugleich als eine Einführung in das geltende bürgerliche Recht. Quellentexte werden mit Übersetzung zur Verfügung gestellt.

Lateinkenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich. Für Hörer ab 1. Semester.

Durch eine Semesterabschlussklausur oder durch einen Vortrag kann der Leistungsnachweis gem. § 21 Abs. 2 Nr. 3, § 20 Abs. 1 Nr. 4 StudPrO (kleiner Grundlagenschein) erworben werden. Durch einen Vortrag kann eine Bescheinigung über den Erwerb einer Schlüsselqualifikation gem. §§ 49 Abs. 1 Nr. 4, 2 Abs. 3, 16 StudPrO erworben werden.
