Das vierstündige Seminar führt in grundlegende Konzepte und Theorieperspektiven der Organisationssoziologie ein und erprobt sie an ausgewählten Problemen und empirischen Themen. Es findet als synchrone Online-Veranstaltung stattfinden und kombiniert dabei unterschiedliche Lehr-/Lernelemente (u.a. Vorlesungsanteile, Arbeit in Kleingruppen, Kurzpräsentation von Ergebnissen). Das Arbeiten in Gruppen ist angesichts der Größe des Seminars unverzichtbar und Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme.

Achtung!
Diese Grundlagenveranstaltung besteht (aus rein technischen Gründen) aus zwei Teilen (hier: A1 + A2). In der Sache und im faktischen Veranstaltungsablauf handelt es sich aber um eine integrierte, vierstündige Veranstaltung! Sie kann daher auch nur in Kombination sinnvoll besucht und vor allem: abgeschlossen werden. Teilnehmer*innen tragen sich daher bitte in beide Teile (A1 + A2) im eKVV ein!
Eine Teilnahme empfiehlt sich insbesondere nach dem Erwerb erster soziologischer Grundkenntnisse (z.B. Grundbegriffe).
