Die Fallstudienwerkstatt Schulentwicklung ist ein über zwei Semester (=4 SWS, 6 LP) hinweg zu belegendes Seminar, in dessen Rahmen die Anfertigung einer Fallstudie in einer Schule vorbereitet und begleitet wird. Die Studierenden werden in Teams (3-4 Personen) dabei jeweils eine Schule aus dem Raum Minden in der Bedarfserhebung und Konzeptentwicklung im Bereich "Eignungspraktikum" unterstützen. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit VertreterInnen der jeweiligen Schule werden die Studierenden ein Konzept erarbeiten. Aus diesem Grund wird - auch während des Semesters - ein regelmäßiger Aufenthalt in den Schulen notwendig, Terminabsprachen erfolgen mit den schulischen Kooperationspartnern. Als Endprodukt der Kooperation sollen die Studierenden entweder einen Bericht oder eine Präsentation der Ergebnisse in den jeweiligen Schulen erstellen. Dies stellt gleichzeitig die im Profil "Organisation und Schulentwicklung" anzufertigende Fallstudie dar.
