Warum liebe ich ein sauberes Waschbecken? Warum macht es so viel Spaß sich gegen das andere Projektteam durchzusetzen? Wieso gibt es einen GenderPayGap und was hat das alles mit Vaterschaft zu tun? Im Seminar werden wir den Zusammenhang zwischen Geschlecht und Arbeit anhand von Einführungsliteratur in den Blick nehmen. Dabei werden wir uns mit Fragen sozialer Ungleichheit am Arbeitsmarkt auseinandersetzen aber auch danach Fragen, wie im konkreten Arbeitsalltag Geschlecht eine Rolle spielt und zwar auch für das wozu wir überhaupt erst "Arbeit" sagen.
