Diskussion von empirischen und theoretischen Studien über Unternehmen, Verwaltungen, Armeen, Polizeien, Krankenhäuser und Vernichtungsanstalten
Die Veranstaltung richtet sich vorrangig an Studierende die Überlegungen im Bereich unterschiedlicher Organisationstypen wie Unternehmen, Verwaltungen, Universitäten, Krankenhäuser, NGO, Armee und Polizei diskutieren wollen.
Das Forschungsseminar richtet sich einerseits an fortgeschrittene Bachelor-Studierende, die bereits das Einführungsmodul in die Organisationssoziologie belegt haben und über Grundkenntnisse der Organisationssoziologie verfügen. Andererseits kann das Modul auch von Studierenden belegt werden, die sich auf ihre Masterarbeiten vorbereiten.
Im ersten Drittel werden eine Reihe von fertigen Arbeiten von BA-Studierenden diskutiert. Im zweiten Drittel werden aktuelle Vorhaben von fortgeschrittenen Master-Studierenden und Doktoranden diskutiert, um zu zeigen, wie diese an ihre Themen herangehen. Im letzten Drittel gibt es die Möglichkeit Exposés für Bachelor-Arbeiten im Bereich Organisationssoziologie zur Diskussion zu stellen.
Im Hinblick auf eine genaue Seminarplanung wird gebeten, sich mit Themenvorschlägen bereits vor Semesterbeginn einen Termin an Stefan Kühl zu wenden. Informationen über Termine und Texte werden über den E-Mail-Verteiler verschickt.
Texte, die diskutiert werden, sollen spätestens eine Woche vorher an Frau Boldys (sekretariat.kuehl@uni-bielefeld.de) geschickt werden und werden dann von ihr über den Verteiler an alle verschickt.
