The seminar will cover fundamental topics of mathematial
biology, such as probabilistic models of phylogeny, biological pattern
formation, the dynamics of recombination, genetic epidemiology and the
TDT test, and biochemical reaction networks. The topics complement those
in the lecture course `Mathematical biology', but this course is not
required as a prerequisite. The seminar will be organised as a reading
course based on a book manuscript.
