Das Abschlusskolloquium richtet sich an Studierende, die Abschlussarbeiten in der Organisationssoziologie schreiben wollen bzw. bereits vorbereiten.
Im Zentrum steht die Diskussion der individuellen Projekte - in verschiedenen Stadien ihrer Durchführung.
Das Kolloquium hat idealerweise Workshopcharakter und findet daher im Rahmen von mehreren Blockterminen statt. Diese werden - je nach Stand der Projekte der Studierenden - zu Beginn des Semesters vereinbart.

Dieses Seminar dient Studierenden dazu, sich auch wechselseitig in der Vorbereitung und Durchführung ihrer Abschlussarbeiten zu unterstützen.
TeilnehmerInnen bringen die Bereitschaft mit, die Entwürfe ihrer KommilitonnInnen vorab aufmerksam zu lesen und kritisch zu kommentieren. Sie dürfen im Gegenzug erwarten, hilfreiche Kommentierungen von den anderen zu erhalten.

Studierende stellen in diesem Abschlusskolloquium ihre Ideen, Skizzen, Entwürfe zu bevorstehenden oder im Prozess befindlichen Abschlussarbeiten zur Diskussion.
