Das Seminar führt in förderdiagnostisches Denken und Handeln ein, betrachtet die einzelnen Elemente dieses zirkulären Prozesses und stellt verschiedene Konzepte für individuelle Förderung in diesen Sinne vor. Die Berücksichtigung von Schülerinnen und Schülern in erschwerten Lernsituationen sowie Unterricht in heterogenen Lerngruppen spielen dabei eine wichtige Rolle. Verschiedene diagnostische Methoden werden vorgestellt und erprobt. Das AO-SF wird mit seinen rechtlichen, organisatorischen und diagnostischen Merkmalen behandelt.
Das Seminar wird durch Lehrvorträge, Fallarbeit, Kleingruppenarbeit sowie Rollenspielen methodisch geprägt.

Master of Education: Voraussetzung ist die Einschreibung im Master of Education - Erziehungswissenschaft Integrierte Sonderpädagogik mit dem Berufsziel Lehramt für sonderpädagogische Förderung im WiSe 2019/20

Die Studienleistung besteht aus zwei Teilen:
• Begriffspaten: Zu Beginn des Seminars erhalten Sie einen Begriff zu einer Entwicklungsdimension, z.B. Kontaktverhalten aus dem Bereich Sozialverhalten. Im Verlauf des Seminars machen Sie sich zum Experten/ zur Expertin für diesen Begriff und erstellen ein Handout (max. 3 Seiten) hierzu.
• Exemplarische Durchführung und Verschriftlichung einer Förderplanung
