250248 Lernen und Arbeiten in Gruppen gestalten (BS) (WiSe 2019/2020)

Gut gestaltetes Lernen und Arbeiten in Gruppen kann den Erwerb und Ausbau studien- und berufsrelevanter Selbst-, Sozial- und Methodenkompetenzen bei allen Beteiligten fördern. Im Seminar werden Gestaltungsgrundlagen gelingender Gruppenprozesse behandelt. Die Teilnehmer/innen setzen sich mit Gruppendynamiken, Rollen und Konflikten in Gruppen auseinander, lernen Moderationsmethoden und Gesprächstechniken kennen und entwickeln Gruppenarbeitsaufträge. Semesterbegleitend werden drei Blocktage im Workshopformat angeboten, um erworbenes Wissen und Kompetenzen in konkreten Gruppensettings im Studiumsalltag anwenden zu können.

Für den Modulabschluss wird die Teilnahme an E1 vorausgesetzt.

Die Teilnehmer/innen reflektieren Gruppensituationen und geben sich Peer-Feedback. Sie erfüllen seminarbegleitende Schreibaufgaben (z. B. Verfassen von Reflexionstexten) und fertigen individuelle Lernportfolios an, die sie auszugsweise präsentieren.
