"God Bless America, but God help Canada to put up with them!"
In Interamerican scholarly paradigms seeking to include the entire Americas from north to south, Canada's status is often eclipsed by the USA. In this class, we will approach Canada and its literatures in their own right, taking history and the complex relationships with the US, Europe and indigenous cultures into consideration.

The binding module descriptions contain further information, including specifications on the "types of assignments" students need to complete. In cases where a module description mentions more than one kind of assignment, the respective member of the teaching staff will decide which task(s) they assign the students.
