Contents, comment

In seinem Buch „Funktionen und Folgen formaler Organisation“ hat Niklas Luhmann vor einem halben Jahrhundert die damals aktuellen Strömungen der Organisationssoziologie zu einer auch heute noch lesenswerten Synthese zusammengeführt. Die Besonderheit seiner Konzeption liegt darin, neben dem rationalen Modell der Organisation auch die Funktion von Widersprüchen, Konflikten und illegalem Verhalten behandeln zu können. In der Absicht, tragende Teile dieser Theorie Konzeption vorzustellen und zu diskutieren, sollen u. a. folgende Themen behandelt werden: Mitgliedschaft als Rolle, formale und informale Verhaltenserwartungen, Beziehungen zwischen Vorgesetzten und Untergebenen, brauchbare Illegalität, Tausch und Dankbarkeit unter Mitgliedern, Außendienstmitarbeiter und andere Grenzstellen. Die entsprechenden Buchkapitel werden rechtzeitig zugänglich gemacht.
