In diesem Seminar wird das Konzept der Achtsamkeit mit seinen unterschiedlichen Ausprägungen und Auswirkungen behandelt. Die Analyse von Forschungsergebnissen zu diesem Konzept soll als Anregung zum eigenen forschenden Lernen dienen. Neben der Vermittlung konkreter Übungen wird der forschende Einsatz an Schulen vorbereitet, in Teams durchgeführt und im Anschluss evaluiert. Dieses Seminar kann auch als Vorbereitung auf Qualifizierungsarbeiten genutzt werden.
Aktive Teilnahme wird durch regelmäßige Anwesenheit und die aufmerksame Teilnahme an Übungen und Aktivitäten erreicht.
