Die wissenschaftstheoretischen Überlegungen von Karl Raimund Popper ("Kritischer Rationalismus") gelten als methodologische Grundlage empirischer Sozialforschung. Das Werk Poppers "Logik der Forschung" wird oftmals als "Klassiker" bezeichnet und ist demzufolge mit den üblichen Vorbehalten behaftet: Alle sind der Meinung, dass man dieses Werk gelesen haben müsste, aber niemand hat es tatsächlich getan. Das Seminar bietet die Gelegenheit, sich diesem Klassiker zu nähern und so eine vertieften Einblick in die Gedankenwelt Poppers zu erhalten, die modernes empirisches Forschen so nachhaltig geprägt hat.

Master of Arts: Voraussetzung ist die Zulassung zum Master of Arts Erziehungswissenschaft
Grundkenntnisse in den methodologischen Grundlagen empirischer Sozialforschung
