Don't be ashamed. Few people have the time and discipline needed to learn new English vocabulary alone, and on a regular basis. And even if you are the disciplined, studious type, how can you be sure what words and phrases mean in various contexts, or see them in use?
Along with learning new vocabulary, such as words, phrases and their meanings in practical, real-world themes and contexts, students of this course will also be given information on how English words can be purposely manipulated in order to change their function within the context of a sentence. Using a variation of methods and approaches, students will recognize and examine commonly used words and phrases, evaluate them in use, and to add depth, precision and fluency, use them in meaningful situations.
