Dieses Seminar hat sowohl die Erarbeitung theoretischer Grundlagen des Lernens im Erwachsenenalter als auch die Bedeutung für das Lehren zu erarbeiten. Zum einen liefert es einen Beitrag zur theoretischen Präzisierung zum anderen zur empirischen Fundierung selbstgesteuerten Lernens vor dem Hintergrund einer konstruktivistischen Perspektive. Darüber hinaus werden die Grenzen von Fremdsteuerung reflektiert.
Darüber hinaus beschäftigt sich dieses Seminar grundlegend mit unterschiedlichen Formen zur Gestaltung und Steuerung von Lernprozessen in der Erwachsenen-/Weiterbildung. Dabei werden verschiedene Rollenverständnisse und Interventionsebenen reflektiert.
Es wird erwartet, dass sich die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer regelmäßig und aktiv am Seminar beteiligen und bereit sind einen inhaltlichen Beitrag im Rahmen des Seminars zu übernehmen.
