Im Rahmen des Seminars werden wir uns mit Techniken der Stressbewältigung und Stressreduktion beschäfftigen. Sie werden diese Techniken alltagspraktisch erlernen und in ihrem Studienalltag umsetzen können.

Requirements for participation, required level

Dieses Seminar richtet sich an Studierende, die ihren Umgang mit universitärem Stress verbessern und entspannter durch die Prüfungsphase kommen möchten.
Vorkenntnisse sind nicht notwendig, jedoch sollte die Bereitschaft zur regelmäßigen Teilnahme gegeben sein.
