Die Bildungsforschung hat sich in den vergangenen Jahren zu einem einflussreichen und sehr aktiven Forschungsgebiet entwickelt. Auch an der Universität Bielefeld gibt es verschiedene Forschungsprojekte in diesem Bereich. Im Kolloquium stellen sich Bildungsforscher der Universität Bielefeld mit ihren Forschungsvorhaben vor. Die Referenten kommen dabei aus der Erziehungswissenschaft, den Fachdidaktiken und aus der Psychologie. Das Kolloquium gewährt einen Einblick in laufende Projekte und bietet ein Forum für den Austausch zwischen den verschiedenen Disziplinen der Bildungsforschung, um so u.a. zu der Profilbildung der BiSEd beizutragen.
