Morphologische Produktivität
Das Phänomen und der Begriff der morphologischen Produktivität gehört zu den unklarsten Phänomen der Linguistik.
Dennoch gibt es in der linguistischen Literatur kategorische Aussagen über Affixe und ihre Fähigkeit, neue Wörter zu bilden. Affixe, die produktiv sind, lassen sich an viele unterschiedliche Wortstämme binden, sodass das Lexikon durch derivationelle Bildungen erweitert werden kann. Andere Affixe, die als “inaktiv” oder “unproduktiv” gelten, finden sich nur in lexikalisierten Bildungen wieder.
In diesem Seminar soll es darum gehen, zu klären, wie morphologische Produktivität beschrieben werden kann. Dazu ist es notwendig, die unterschiedlichen Möglichkeiten der Wortschatzerweiterung und damit auch Wortbildung genau zu beschreiben.
Weiterhin soll vermittelt werden, wie man die qualitativen Aussagen der Literatur auch quantitativ untermauern kann, indem man bereits existierende Maße zur Produktivität anwendet.
Wie ein Leistungsnachweis erworben werden kann, wird in der ersten Sitzung bekannt gegeben.
