In der Vorlesung erfolgt eine Einführung in das Recht und die Praxis des Strafverfahrens. Es ist vorgesehen, Gerichtsverhandlungen zu besuchen. Einzelne Praktiker aus der Strafrechtspflege (Richterin, Staatsanwältin, Verteidiger) werden zudem über ihren Arbeitsalltag berichten.
