Im Zentrum des Seminars steht die intensive Besprechung ausgewählter Gedichte, die zwischen 1770 und 1825 entstanden sind. In den Blick genommen werden dabei spezifische Schreibweisen und Motive, Entstehungshintergründe, Kontexte und Deutungsangebote. Von besonderem Interesse wird dabei die Frage sein, aufgrund welcher Merkmale die Texte sich einer bestimmten Epoche zuorden lassen und wodurch sie sich ggf. einer klaren Kategorisierung entziehen.
Es werden deutlich mehr Texte eigenverantwortlich zu lesen sein, als im Kurs gemeinsam besprochen werden können. Die Lektüre ausgewählter Sekundär- bzw. Einführungsliteratur wird ebenfalls vorausgesetzt.

Bibliography

Zum Kurs wird es einen entsprechenden Primärtext-Reader und ausgewählte Sekundärliteratur geben.
