Das teutolab Mathematik bietet Schülerinnen und Schülern der Klassen 4 bis 6 die Möglichkeit, an einem Vormittag in vier Stationen kleinere math. Problemstellungen weitestgehend selbstständig zu lösen. Im Rahmen der projektbezogenen Studien teutolab sollen die Studierenden zum einen die Lernprozesse der Schülerinnen und Schüler aus verschiedenen Blickwinkeln beobachten und dokumentieren und zum anderen an einem Vormittag eine Station ihrer Wahl betreuen. Daneben finden Vorbereitungssitzungen sowie Reflexionen und Nachbereitungen statt. Beginnend mit dem SS 08 wird ferner ein fächerübergreifendes Ausbildungsmodul eingerichtet. Im Rahmen des Praktikums wird nunmehr Gelegenheit gegeben, durch Besuche der teutolabs Physik und Chemie Einblicke in Lehr- und Lernprozesse der zugehörigen Schulfächer zu gewinnen. Nach Abschluss des Praktikums ist ein Bericht im Umfang von etwa 15 Seiten anzufertigen.

Die Veranstaltung setzt das Modul 2 "Einführung in die Mathematikdidaktik" mit entsprechenden Grundlagen voraus. Zur Teilnahme ist der erfolgreiche Abschluss dieses Moduls erforderlich.
