Das Seminar setzt sich mit dem Begriff der Professionalität in der Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung auseinander und erkundet am Beispiel von Praxisberichten Studierender das institutionelle Feld dieses Bildungsbereiches. Im Vordergrund stehen Fragen der Organisation und des Managements von EB und WB sowie Fragen des Kompetenzerwerbs im Praxisfeld. Die Berichte aus der Praxis werden im Lichte wissenschaftlicher Theorien reflektiert. Im Block wird das Konzept der "Uniquability" untersucht, welches die professionelle "Einzigartigkeit der "Employability" gegenüber stellt.
