Im zweiten Teil des Python-Kurses werden wir uns , von den Grundlagen ausgehend, speziell um Python im Zusammenhang mit XML kümmern. Die Reklame (http://pyxml.sourceforge.net/topics/) besagt:
“XML is the 'Extensible Markup Language', a data format for structured document interchange. It seems to have considerable momentum behind it, and will probably become very important over the next few years.
Python's power and ease of use combine to make it an excellent choice for writing programs that process XML data. This Topic Guide links to documentation and code for handling XML in Python, and also lists some selected resources for learning about XML. “Die Kombination Python/XML ist für Studierende der Texttechnologie im Haupt- oder Nebenfach von großem Interesse, da dies eine der hochaktuellen Technologien ist.
