Themenschwerpunkt dieser Veranstaltung ist ein Aerobic/Stepaerobic - Programm als Fitnesstraining für Schule, Verein und Studio.
In der praktischen Umsetzung geht es um das Erlernen der Basiselemente bis hin zur (gemeinsamen) Entwicklung längerer Choregraphien, die in spätere Arbeitsfelder übernommen werden können. Darüber hinaus thematisieren wir Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten im Aerobic/Stepaerobic.
Im Theorie - Praxis - Bezug stehen die Belastungsdosierung für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen und trainingswissenschaftliche Begründungen eines Ausdauer, -Kraft - und Koordinationstrainings im Mittelpunkt.
