291045 Seminar im Gesellschaftsrecht (BS) (SoSe 2018)

Gegenstand des Seminars sind Themen des GmbH-Rechts. Das Seminar findet als Blockveranstaltung statt und richtet sich an Studierende (insbesondere des Schwerpunktbereichs 2 [„Wirtschaftsrechtsberatung“]), die ihren Schwerpunktbereich nach Maßgabe der Studien- und Prüfungsordnung (StudPrO) 2012 studieren. Sie können im Seminar ihre SPB-Hausarbeit als Seminararbeit schreiben (§ 46 Abs. 3 und 4 StudPrO 2012).
Für die Seminararbeiten, die als SPB-Hausarbeiten geschrieben werden, beträgt die Bearbeitungszeit genau vier Wochen (Themenausgabe durch das Prüfungsamt voraussichtlich am 23.7.2018; die Themen für SPB-Hausarbeiten werden nicht zuvor bekannt gegeben).
Alles Weitere wird erörtert in einer Vorbesprechung am Montag, 23.4.2018, 18 Uhr s.t. in H 1 – 116 (Gebäude H, Morgenbreede 39). Die Beteiligung am Seminar (und damit die Anfertigung der Seminararbeit als SPB-Hausarbeit) setzt die Teilnahme an dieser Vorbesprechung voraus!
