Wovon sprechen wir, wenn wir von (sozial)pädagogischer Professionalität sprechen? Was qualifiziert mithin sozialpädagogische Praxis gegenüber alltagsweltlicher Praxis, und inwiefern kann diese von sich behaupten besser, geeigneter, hilfreicher… zu sein?
Mit solchen Fragen wird sich das Seminar anhand unterschiedlicher Verständnisse von Professionalität befassen, wobei einen Schwerpunkt das Konzept reflexiver Professionalität bilden wird. Neben solchen professionstheoretischen Überlegungen werden auch aktuelle Versuche thematisiert, die ‚Qualität‘ Sozialer Arbeit überprüfbar zu machen.
