Das Sachenrecht ist in ca. einem Drittel der zivilrechtlichen Examensklausuren in mehr oder weniger großem Umfang Prüfungsstoff. Hier "auf Lücke zu setzen" ist daher ausgesprochen unklug. Kenntnisse sollten nicht nur im Mobiliarsachenrecht vorhanden sein, sondern insbesondere auch zum Grundbuch (Grundbuchberichtigungsanspruch, Vormerkung, Widerspruch und Grundschuld).
Besonders examensrelevante Themen des Mobiliar- und Immobiliarsachenrechts werden in der Veranstaltung vorrangig anhand von Fällen behandelt.
In der abschließenden Klausur kann der BGB-Schein für das Hauptstudium erworben werden.
Eine Hausarbeit kann aufgrund fehlender Kapazitäten am Lehrstuhl nicht angeboten werden.
