La región centroamericana se nos presenta como un espacio por si mismo interamericano, el centro negado de américa en el que se pueden identificar complejos procesos históricos, sociales y culturales. Durante varios momentos de su historia se han generado varios flujos migratorios con diferentes ritmos y sentidos, los cuales han influenciado la creación literaria en la región.
Si se piensa en Centroamérica como un espacio interconectado, esas conexiones generan movimientos tanto internos (que refuerzan sus fronteras) como externos (que las traspasan). El objetivo de este seminario es discutir mediante el análisis de textos literarios las diferentes formas de migración existentes actualmente en Centroamérica.
