Im Kurs wird der Einsatz unterschiedlicher Trainingsmethoden zur Verbesserung motorischer Fähigkeiten in Theorie und Praxis vermittelt. Ebenso werden Vorraussetzungen für grundlegende Fertigkeiten diskutiert. Exemplarisch werden einzelne Fertigkeiten eingeführt.
