Die Geschichte der Roten Armee Fraktion (RAF), die von 1970 bis zu ihrer Auflösung 1998 andauerte und 1977 ihren Höhepunkt im sogenannten Deutschen Herbst fand, ist auch Gegenstand zahlreicher literarischer Auseinandersetzungen und hat immer wieder für Kontroversen gesorgt.
In diesem Seminar werden wir unterschiedliche literarische Texte von Zeitgenossen bis hin zu aktuellen AutorInnen diskutieren, um die weitreichende literarische Rezeption dieses Teils der deutschen Geschichte in den Blick zu nehmen: Wie schreiben die AutorInnen über den Terror? In welchem Verhältnis stehen Ästhetik und Politik? Gibt es eine Mythologisierung oder entgegengesetzt eine Entdämonisierung des Terrors?
