Einführung in die Grundlagen limnologischer Untersuchungen; qualitative und quantitative Analyse verschiede-ner Gewässer in der Umgebung der Uni. Neben chemischen und Gewässergüte-Analysen mikroskopische Untersuchung/Bestimmung vor allem von Protisten; Diskussion der ökologischen Relevanz der Befunde. Besuche von Bio-Stationen im ostwestfälischen Raum sowie gemeinsame Arbeiten in Feuchtbiotopen sind geplant. Neben Kursprotokoll Einzelnachweis durch benoteten Abschlusstest.
