In der Psychotherapie ist Traumatisierung in der Kindheit nahezu immer ein offenes oder hintergründiges Thema. In diesem Seminar sollen einige Grundlagen für die psychotherapeutische Arbeit mit Frauen und Männern, die traumatisierende Erfahrungen gemacht haben, erarbeitet werden.
Wir möchten hierbei mit unterschiedlichen Herangehensweisen folgende Themen der Traumatherapie bearbeiten:
Definition eines Traumas; Auswirkungen von Traumatisierungen auf Körper, Seele und Geist; Geschlechtsspezifische Unterschiede in der Erfahrung; zu Aspekten des Erinnerns; Theorien und Elemente der Aufarbeitung; zu unterschiedlichen Therapierichtungen und Methoden der Bearbeitung wie Imaginativer Therapie, kontemplativer Psychologie, körperorientiertem Zugang, Hypnotherapie, EMDR.
