Es sind Referate über folgende Themen vorgesehen.
1. Vergleich zwischen Feststellungsklagen und Erbscheinsanträgen als Mitteln zur Klärung der Erbfolge
2. Mögliche Strategien für das Vorgehen des Nacherben gegen den erben des Vorerben
3. Die Schwierigkeiten der Erbauseinandersetzungsklage und die Möglichkeiten des Erblassers, die Erbauseinandersetzung durch Testamentsgestaltung zu erleichtern
4. Durchsetzung von Teilungsanordnungen bei nicht ausreichendem Nachlass?
5. Rückgängigmachung der zu Unrecht erfolgten Löschung eines Nacherbenvermerks
6. Die Befugnis zur Einlegung der Verfassungsbeschwerde wegen Verletzung des Erbrechts
7. Erfolgreiche und erfolglose Menschenrechtsbeschwerden im Bereich des ErbrechtsAnmeldung in der Sprechstunde (dienstags von 11-13 Uhr, T8-128)
