Aufbauend auf der Vorlesung Genomforschung II (Funktionelle Genomforschung) sollen in diesem Praktikum grundlegende Methoden der Genomforschung an Hand des pflanzlichen Modellsytems Arabidopsis thaliana erlernt werden. Inhalt der Lehrveranstaltung: Isolierung von Gesamt-DNA und RNA aus Pflanzen, PCR, RT-PCR, Agarosegelelektrophorese, Restriktionsverdau, Klonierung, Blotting, Hybridisierung von DNA (Southern) und RNA (Northern).
Der Kurs ist ausschließlich für Studenten des Studiengangs Bachelor in Bioinformatik und Genomforschung vorgesehen.
Verbindliche Anmeldung bis 31.01.2005 in V6-117, Mo-Fr, 8:30-12:30.
Leistungskontrolle: Klausur, Termin: 04.03., 9 c.t.
