Die Rolle des Lehrenden in der Weiterbildung hat sich in den letzten Jahren, nicht zuletzt aufgrund konstruktivistischer Erkenntnisse, vom Wissensvermittler zum Lernprozessbegleiter (Lernberater) verändert. Hinzu kommt dass zunehmend online-unterstützte Lernszenarios entwickelt werden. Daher beschäftigt sich das Seminar mit der Frage, wie Online-Lernprozesse durch Lernberater sinnvoll begleitet werden können.
Die Erkenntnisse des Seminars werden im Sommersemester 2005 exemplarisch auf ein reales online-unterstütztes Lehrangebot im Kontext des Projektes Schlüsselkompetenzen angewendet, d.h. dass (zumindest teilweise) die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer des Seminars im SS 05 als Online-Tutoren eingesetzt werden können.
Es wird erwartet, dass sich die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer regelmäßig und aktiv am Seminar beteiligen und bereit sind, sich im Rahmen von Projektaufgaben zu engagieren.
