Diese Grundwerkstatt bietet einen Einstieg in die bildhauerische Arbeit. Grundlegende handwerkliche Kenntnisse werden an leicht zu bearbeitenden Materialien wie Gips, Ytong oder Speckstein erlernt. Die Beschäftigung mit den Originalen im Skulpturengarten der Kunsthalle Bielefeld ermöglicht theoretische Einblicke in die Bildhauerei des 20. Jahrhunderts.
Die Seminartermine sind jeweils sechsstündig auf 4 Montage verteilt. Während der restlichen Montags- bzw. Donnerstagstermine des Semesters steht der Raum für freie Werkstattarbeit zur Verfügung.
