Contents, comment

Es werden ausgewählte Fragestellungen aus den verschiedenen Themenbereichen der Wahlfachgruppe Strafrecht (Kriminologie, Jugendstrafrecht, Strafvollzug) bzw. des Schwerpunktbereiches Kriminalwissenschaften behandelt und anwendungsorientierte Aufgabenstellungen bearbeitet. Dabei wird sowohl auf Grundlagen zur Examensvorbereitung geachtet wie auch auf aktuelle Entwicklungen. Eine Hausarbeit gibt Gelegenheit, sich vertiefend mit einer kriminologischen Fragestellung auseinander zu setzen.

Angeboten wird eine Hausarbeiten und eine Klausur. Werden die Hausarbeit und die Klausur mit mindestens der Note ?ausreichend? bestanden, wird ein Wahlfachschein erteilt.

Die Veranstaltung wird als Blockveranstaltung durchgeführt.
