Scientists in molecular biology and genome research are confronted with a very broad range of numerous bioinformatic challenges.
This seminar will enable participants to develop Python scripts to address their own problems.
Presentations of example scripts and general concepts will be mixed with practical exercises.
Participants will work on a small project and present their solution to the entire class.
