Dieses Einführungsseminar setzt sich mit grundlegenden Aufgabenbereichen des Lehrerberufs auseinander, wie Bildung und Erziehung, Unterrichtstheorie und -praxis, Schulkultur, Kooperation mit dem Elternhaus.
Darüber hinaus werden aber auch folgende Inhalte Gegenstand der Auseinandersetzung sein:
Berufsethos desr Lehrers/der Lehrerin, "Lehrertypen" und die Berufswahlmotivation.
