Angesichts der enormen Stofffülle im Grundkurs BGB II ist die Veranstaltung konzipiert als Ergänzung zur Vorlesung BGB II und zu den begleitenden Arbeitsgemeinschaften. In Form einer Übung werden Fälle behandelt, die examensrelevante Sachverhaltskonstellationen und Rechtsfiguren zum Gegens-tand haben und für die weder in der Vorlesung noch in den Arbeitsgemeinschaften Raum bleibt.
