Mit Film erzählt man Geschichten. Sie geben das wieder, was wir beobachtet haben, was wir uns vorstellen, was wir wünschen und fürchten. Mit filmischen Mitteln lassen sich Verfremdungen und Absurditäten ebenso herstellen wie Erzählungen auf verschiedenen Ebenen und interessante metasprachliche Kontexte.
Ziel der Werkstatt ist es, die Grundlagen der Filmsprache kennenzulernen, Beispiele aus der Filmgeschichte genauer zu betrachten, sich mit dem aktuellen Filmgeschehen genauer auseinanderzusetzen sowie Kurzfilme zu konzipieren und zu verwirklichen.
Vorhandenes Equipment sollte mitgebracht werden, ebenso selbst angefertigte Filme.
