Das "informelle Lernen" ist in den letzten Jahren zu einer wichtigen Entdeckung in der Weiterbildung geworden. Damit tritt eine Lernform in den Mittelpunkt, die scheinbar ohne bewusst organisierte Lehre auskommt: Man erwirbt Kompetenzen nebenbei durch die tägliche Arbeit, in der Freizeit. Das Leben wird zum Lehrmeister!
Diese Lernform wirft allerdings viele Fragen auf: Wird wirklich immer und überall gelernt? Wie nachhaltig ist informelles Lernen? Wie kann man es in die institutionalisierte Weiterbildung integrieren? Mit diesen und anderen Fragen setzt sich das Seminar in Theorie und Praxis auseinander. Ziel des Seminars ist es, eine Landkarte formellen und Informellen Lernens zu entwickeln.
