Das Bewegungstheater, verstanden als Verbindung von Darstellen, Tanzen, und Musizieren, manifestiert sich - je nach Schwerpunktsetzung - in unterschiedlichen Erscheinungsformen: Pantomime, Sporttheater, Tanztheater, Körpertheater oder eben Bewegungstheater im weitesten Sinne.

In dieser Veranstaltung wird zunächst eine didaktische Einordnung dieses Bereiches vorgenommen und darauf aufbauend werden grundlegende Erfahrungen mit darstellerischen Inhalten angeboten. Nach Absprache im Kurs wird zu einem der oben genannten Erscheinungsformen eine Aufführung erarbeitet.
Ein besonderes Augenmerk liegt auf der Reflexion einer - insbesondere für Kinder und Jugendliche - geeigneten Vermittlung sowie der Auswahl von zeitgemäßen Inhalten.

BA-Studierende können diesen Kurs erst belegen, wenn sie den Kurs 'Bewegung und Musik' abgeschlossen haben.
